Alterative Shortcut Method

Often, sites will program their pages in Frame mode just to force you to stay within their site.  Sometimes they do it so they can group a set of screens together thus making it easier to jump back and forth between screens to analyze the information.

Here at The Rookie DayTrader we do it for the latter reason.  Most of our Links take you directly to the next site without forcing you to stay here.  We know you'll come back because we are always adding new information that you don't want to miss.

Now for the shortcut.

Step 1.   Place your cursor over the button or word that will take you to the desired screen.  In the example below the link is "Market Momentum".

Step 2.   Right mouse click, one time, on the word or button.

Step 3.   Left mouse click, one time, on "Copy Shortcut"

Step 4.   Point your cursor into the open area of your desktop screen and right mouse click, one time.   If the menu appears but, the "Paste Shortcut" option is not there, you did it wrong.  Go back to Step 1 and start over.

Step 5.  Left mouse click, one time, on Paste Shortcut.  this should put the Shortcut icon with the appropriate title on your desktop.

Step 6.   double click on the icon and it should launch your internet browser and take you directly to the desired page.
