Serial Connector

Serial Connector - This connector typically is a 9 pin male connector.  A second serial connector can either be a 9 pin or 25 pin male version.  The can be labeled in a variety of ways.  Some examples include: COMM1/COMM2; Serial A/Serial B; Serial 1/Serial 2, etc. This connection is used to connect a modem or other serial device to the PC.
